Rental conditions

The customer has the obligation:

  • possess a national or international driving license
  • comply with all traffic rules applied in R. Moldova
  • do not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other prohibited substances
  • notify the tenant if the car is faulty. All interventions on the car must be carried out with the consent of the driver in a service approved by him
  • ATTENTION: the airport tax IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Documents required for the delivery of the car:

  • valid identity card or passport
  • valid national or international driving license with at least one year's experience
  • credit card is not required

Rental price - Guarantee:

  • the valid prices are those on the page of each car
  • the guarantee is between 100 and 200 EURO depending on the car
  • payment is made in full when taking over the vehicle, at the time of signing the contract by the customer
  • payment can be made in cash: MDL, EURO, USD or in other convertible currencies calculated in MDL at the BNM exchange rate on the day of renting the car
  • All prices displayed contain VAT

Insurance:

All cars from autopark EasyRent have insurance RCA, winter tires, incluse în pretul de închiriere. Clientul va trebui să răspundă pentru:
  • payment of fines and penalties received while the vehicle is in use;
  • defects caused by improper use of the rented car;
  • defects caused by spare parts, covers or other goods existing in the vehicle

Handing over - taking over the car:

  • the car is handed over clean
  • Handing over - taking over the car: Chișinău. 

Returning the car:

  • the client is asked to contact the company EasyRent at least 3 hours before handing over the car
  • the car will be returned clean, for client's convenience we can accept it dirty. In exchange for this service we charge a fee of 100 lei.

General conditions:

  • the client bears all expenses related to the restoration of documents, keys, accessories in case they are lost through his fault
  • unlimited km included in the rental fee
  • the extension of the rental contract can be done only with the consent of the lessor, at least 24 hours before its expiration and only within the limit of the availability of the vehicle
  • EasyRent  allows the crossing of borders with the company's vehicles, with our consent, by power of attorney
  • The additional driver is charged extra but it is mandatory to mention it in the rental contract
  • There is an additional charge for each additional day
